I promise, no more pictures of hiking gear 5

I was really hoping to post a picture of my headlamp, which I am convinced is somewhere so obvious and laughing at me.  I’m not as coordinated as I’d like to be, and a headlamp frees my arms for balance and to push myself off the ground when I fall during pitch dark volcano climbs.  I’m dreading putting these on today, but hopefully when I get back autumn coolness will have settled in. Hmmmm, I wonder if I would use the subjunctive when translating this sentence.

So long NYC, hasta luego.

New York will miss you! I wish you would’ve found that dastardly head lamp. Careful in those volcanos mi prima de la sol! (I love these boots)
