{"id":258,"date":"2010-09-07T19:01:01","date_gmt":"2010-09-08T01:01:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/triciakarsay.com\/guatemala\/?p=258"},"modified":"2010-09-07T19:01:01","modified_gmt":"2010-09-08T01:01:01","slug":"el-preterito-el-preterito-el-preterito-y-trabajo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/triciakarsay.com\/guatemala\/el-preterito-el-preterito-el-preterito-y-trabajo\/","title":{"rendered":"El preterito, el preterito, el preterito&#8230;y trabajo."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I had an incredibly busy day today. \u00a0School <em>en la ma\u00f1ana <\/em>(and I got in a little bit of trouble because I didn\u00b4t do <em>mi tarea)<\/em>. \u00a0I misunderstood Miriam when she said to make flashcards to study the present tense&#8230;<em>piens\u00e9 que era opcional<\/em>. \u00a0I did study, but not with flashcards.\u00a0I also put together a calendar layout in caveman\u00a0<em>espa\u00f1ol<\/em> <em>para\u00a0los payasos<\/em>. \u00a0I wasn\u00b4t really in trouble. \u00a0She\u00b4s really sweet and very patient. \u00a0It\u00b4s really funny, we start out with conversations before verb drills and exercises and today she started talking about men again. \u00a0Hysterical&#8230;same problems everywhere! \u00a0I also read a Spanish newspaper with her and I understood so much, and I really do understand almost everything she says to me. \u00a0<em>Sin embargo<\/em>, it is possible that she may be speaking to me like I\u00b4m a toddler.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_259\" style=\"width: 452px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/triciakarsay.com\/guatemala\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/IMG_03881.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-259\" class=\"size-large wp-image-259  \" title=\"IMG_0388\" src=\"http:\/\/triciakarsay.com\/guatemala\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/IMG_03881-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"442\" height=\"294\" srcset=\"https:\/\/triciakarsay.com\/guatemala\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/IMG_03881-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/triciakarsay.com\/guatemala\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/IMG_03881-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 442px) 100vw, 442px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-259\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Marta Luisa en el mercado.
