hay un ba\u00f1os aqu\u00ed?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Earlier today, I had to cut my post\u00a0short due to too much tea at breakfast and a lack of bathroom facilities\u00a0at my favorite internet cafe in Xela (thank goodness\u00a0I haven\u00b4t experienced Xela belly yet, lord knows I\u00b4m trying&#8230;ate at a sketchy <em>comedor<\/em> yesterday and just had some yummy\u00a0Indian food).\u00a0 So since I didn\u00b4t write anything yesterday and who knows what\u00b4s going to happen tomorrow after I meet my host family, I figured I may as well write again.<\/p>\n<p>So after my last post, I started googling my symptoms in an attempt to self-diagnose my cold\/mold allergy\/pneumonia\/HAPE\/dengue fever\/collapsed lung. \u00a0 And after that turned up way too many ailments for me to even consider dealing with, I proceeded to self-medicate my undiagnosed illness with stuff from the <em>supermercado<\/em>.\u00a0 \u00a1<em>Me encanta<\/em> <em>Panadol alergia y sinusitis, Vick vaporub y\u00a0Un Respiro De Aire Fresco\u00a0HALLS!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Also, my trip to <em>Fuentes Georginas<\/em> didn\u00b4t happen.\u00a0 I was\u00a0all set\u00a0to go,\u00a0<em>dolor de\u00a0la cabeza,<\/em> <em>estornudos y la tos<\/em> be damned!\u00a0 It was the <em>derrumbamiento<\/em> that kept me in Xela this afternoon.\u00a0\u00a0Mommy, you should probably stop reading now, but if you decide to continue, please don\u00b4t worry too much.\u00a0 I\u00b4m in a big enough city that just gets a little soaked during rainy season.\u00a0 But this is landslide country up here and the last two days of unrelenting rain (and recent Pacaya eruption) has left quite a bit of landslide wake in neighboring towns.\u00a0 So no sauna today.\u00a0 Probably not likely this month either.<\/p>\n<div it\u00b4s head out this afternoon and I ran around to some bookstores and sat in the park to work on exercises in my new sentence building workbook and also started sketching out a calendar layout.\u00a0 I really should probably just lie in bed and watch Spanish CNN, which is what I would probably do if I felt a little sick at home.\u00a0 Not sure why I can\u00b4t sit still.\u00a0 I probably caught this cold walking around lost in the rain!<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow is market day in the <em>Parque Centroam\u00e9rica<\/em>, first Sunday of every month.\u00a0 Can\u00b4t
